Joseph Hampton, MS, CRNA

Joseph Hampton, MS, CRNA, is a staff anesthetist for Northstar Anesthesia at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  He is a team member involved in establishing an acute pain service for Owensboro Health, and exemplifies a passion for ultrasound guided regional anesthesia for acute surgical and trauma pain management.  Joseph exemplifies compassion, professionalism,  and even humor in patient care, and strives to keep patients' best interests first, in order to provide optimal outcomes and positive experiences.  He is passionate about teaching others advances in pain management utilizing regional anesthesia and multi-modal analgesia.  Graduating from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia in 2015, Joseph received the Bernard V. Bowen award for academic excellence.  During his first year of practice, Northstar Anesthesia recognized and awarded him with the Rising Star award.  Teaching is a passion held by Joseph, as he began helping facilitate workshops and regional conferences across the country while still attending graduate school.

 

Outside of his professional career, Joseph enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, Sherea, of 10 years, and his three beautiful daughters, Emmalyn 7, Olivia 5, and fur baby Harley 2.  His extracurricular activities include: fishing, hunting, vacationing, music,  and cookouts with family and friends.
